      We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind regarding product samples.

      It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact details. If a buyer suspects an error, they must contact us promptly – if feasible, we will make necessary corrections before posting the sample.

    • Like timber and stone, cork is a natural material and is subject to variations (such as colour, gloss, texture, etc.) between individual cork tiles and different batches. It is these naturally occurring variations that are a celebrated feature of cork, giving your floor a natural and truly one-of-a-kind look.

      While every effort has been made to achieve a unified look and feel in our products, we recommend taking care when making a selection based on a single sample. Samples are taken from our current stock and, together with photos, give an indication of the colour and texture of any supplied product, but will not be an exact replica.

      Additionally, cork, like timber or wood, may change colour when exposed to sunlight over time.
